Almost a year ago I decided to emply the services of Town and Country Communications Ltd to assess the service required for both mobile communications and our land line system. After several meetings and an in depth analysis of our billing invoice Town and Country recommended a new tariff for the five company mobiles and a change in carrier fir land line calls.

Although there has been very limited requiremnt for ongoing services on the land line we have had several issues relating to the mobiles. Each time we have needed their services Town and Country have immediately resolved any issues or problems relating to the bill or the telephones themselves. The constant monitoring of the mobile bill has led to a change of tariff on two occasions over the year which have resulted in a substatnial reduction in total costs.

Following another review of the land line arrangements additional discounts have been offered for the forthcoming year and consequently I have decided to renew the contract with Town and Country for another two years. I have been very happy with the service provided and therefore willing to recommend their engagement.

We first used Town and Country Communications a year ago when, in a consultation with Nigel Butler, it was ascertained that we could make a significant saving on our telephone bill by changing telephone routing from BT through Swains. Since then we have enjoyed lower telephone bills with continued back up services.

One year later, our account has been reviewed and our telephone rates have been dropped further. I am pleased to say that service has not been compromised and we still enjoy good backup service should anything happen to our telephone lines. During a recent move of office, Town and Country were very helpful in making all necessary arrangements for a quick and smooth transfer.
