Call Savings | |||||||||||||||||||
How does Call Saving work? The UK is one of the leading locations in Europe for telecommunications. Its liberal telecoms regime and access to leading-edge technology has attracted the majority of telecommunications operators, service providers and manufacturers. Over the last two decades the Government has opened up the market to competition, moving away from the dominance of British Telecom (BT) to new fixed and mobile operators. The result is that the UK now has one of the most open and competitive telecoms markets in the world. Routing calls across an alternative network to BT allows cost savings, due to the reduction in charges we can then pass on cost savings without a reduction in the quality of service. The carrier networks have there own 4 digit access
code, this number is inserted into your phone system at your local exchange.
Your calls are then seamlessly routed via your serice provider and handed
back to the BT network for delivery to the recieving number. Town and
Country Communications only work with tier 1 carriers which means you
will not notice any changes in service or quality. Town and Country Communications will assess your current telecoms spending and provide you with a proposal, this will indicate how much you can save. We will organise the routing, if you have a PBX (phone system) it may require re-programming, we will organise this for you to ensure a smooth transition. During this period you will not recieve any loss in service or change to number, etc. Benefits Bespoke Tariffs – Your charges are designed to maximise savings based on your calling patterns. Regular Reviews – Your local reseller will regularly review your rates to ensure you are receiving maximum benefits. Customer Service –
