The three Internet packages that Swains offer are:

Gold Service

The Gold Service offers a superior quality of service designed for users who have a heavy Internet usage and are typically more reliant on their broadband connection. This is a 24/7 bandwidth Service. Suitable for businesses that use the Internet after regular office hours, and also for any business using or planning to use VOIP.

Optional Features include:
Complete installation and configuration of router by one of our technical engineers
Equipment - Modem, Router or Wireless Router
Broadband Accelerator – Combine several Broadband circuits for additional Bandwidth

Silver Service

This package offers a professional level of service available 24/7 and is therefore best suited to businesses that require flexible Internet access on demand with no time or download restrictions. Available in a 20:1 or 50:1 contention ratio.

Features of the Silver Service Include:

7 password-protected POP3 or IMAP emailboxes (with auto-set up for Outlook Express)
Can be accessed via webmail if a user is not at his work computer
Users can forward mail to a home address if they are teleworking

Management control panel:
An easy-to-use control panel allows your IT manager to set-up and manage email accounts

Optional Features include:
Equipment - Modem, Router or Wireless Router
Domain Name Service – registration, self-management and transfers
Fixed IP Addressing

Bronze Service

This is an ideal service for SME customers who utilise broadband during normal office hours. With the Bronze service the speed is reduced to approximately 15% every evening between the hours of 6pm and 11pm. The speed reduction is therefore reflected in the price. This service allows the provision of a very cost-effective solution for business users that do not require Internet access after 6pm.
